Postage
We will try and post all orders received before 2pm on the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Fridays will probably not be posted until Monday. Where possible we will endeavour to post as soon as we can.
Our postage fees are based on weight with the postage cost increasing depending on the weight of the item(s).
For UK residents we have 3 options of shipping:-
3-5 days
First Class
First Class tracked
The cost of tracked postage for UK residents is 95p on top of the postage fee.
For Europe and the Rest of the World we have 2 shipping options:-
Airmail
Airmail Tracked
The cost of tracked items to overseas Euro Zone and the rest of the World is an extra £5.
The default setting is United Kingdom - 3-5 day shipping. To change your country destination, please select your country from the drop down menu and then click the 'change delivery country' button next to the country drop down menu.
To change postage options please select which postage you require and then click the 'change shipping' button next to the drop down menu.
Downloads
Downloads will be sent to your e-mail address on confirmation of payment. If you have an account you can also download your pattern by logging in to your account and viewing order history.
Free downloads - You will need to register/open and account to download the free patterns. Once you have done this you will need to add the pattern to your cart and checkout. The pattern will then be sent to your registered e-mail address. You will also be able to download the pattern by logging in and viewing your order history.
Crochet Club
The Crochet Club runs from February to July each year. Registration for the club starts in July with payments beginning in August.
Options are available to spread payments between August and December.
All payments must be completed by the end of December to ensure club membership.
All of the yarn is sent out in January with the first patterns starting in February and continuing each month until July.
